Content aware scale/extend angled?

Hello

Is there an easy way to use content aware scale when something is angled?

If something is straight up, I draw a box around it and then click drag and it scales perfectly well, either in all directions or in a fixed direction.

But when something is at an angle PS does not draw the box angled and won't extend, only up/down dimesion.

Is there a smart way to avoid turning the entire image, scaling, then turning back?

Seems like a lot of clicks and hope there is a smarter shorter way?

On a related note, PS is pretty good content aware filling in a straight line if it is up/down or perfectly sideways. But a diagonal line gets filled in either jagged or broken and wrong angle, the slope often changes and the line does not match up to the original and does not look realistic. If someone has insight onto that as well.

Thank you
