Graphics card for Lightroom Classic / Capture One in new system

I'm planning out a new system build based on the i7-13700k chip and am wondering about graphics card for Lightroom or Capture One.

I've visited Adobe's page on the topic which really just says 8GB of GPU RAM and DirectX 12 support and that's about all it says.  It does not mention any specific model numbers at all.

I've visited the Puget Systems page on the topic (article is 2 years old) and look at their overall Lightroom Classic test scores for various graphics cards which shows very little difference (~3%) between graphics cards.

Are there any other resources that address this topic or come to a different conclusion?

Back when I built my previous system, the general belief was that a mid-range graphics card was more than Lightroom Classic was going to use so I bought a GeForce GTX 1060 back then.  Is this still the common wisdom perhaps that 1060 is still just fine?  Would a newer 3060 or 3070 make any difference?
