Weird Lens Flare on Panasonic 12-32

I was going through some pictures taken with my Olympus EM10 mark ii and Panasonic 12-32 mm lens and noticed an odd lens flare in some shots that were taken directly into the sun. It's a blueish circular flare that comes off of the sun (see pics below). It doesn't show up consistently in shots taken into the sun so I'll have to do a little more investigation.

However, looking at sample pictures with the Panasonic 12-32 I'm not seeing anything that looks like this so I'm curious if others have experienced this and what could be causing it. For reference, both of these pictures were taken at F/10 and 13 mm.
