Laowa Argus 33mm f/0.95 or Voigtlander 35mm f/1.2

Which would be a better option for street photography? I recently started playing around with film but the prohibitive cost of film means I can't do it often. Since Fujifilm has split prism manual focus assist, I figured I could curb/cure my GAS for real film with a nice manual focus lens.

The Voigtlander has exif data and is much smaller, but the Laowa is much faster giving that full frame 50mm f/1.4 look. I'm kinda torn between both. For street I usually leave lenses at f/8 but I figured nice bokeh could be helpful for portraits when I'm on vacation.
