camera time setting

How do you handle the time setting in the camera (which is applied to each picture) when moving through different time zones? If it happens over night when I'm not taking any pictures it isn't a problem but if the time change happens during the day, two adjacent pictures can have time stamps that differ by an hour. If the time is advanced, it will appear that there was a long delay between them but if the time is set back, the later picture will have an earlier time stamp which makes keeping them in proper sequence a hassle.
