Buy Sony A7c / A7IV with 28-60 kitlens. You are welcome

I had a look at the 24-105mm in a shop, and I found it quite disappointing to see how big it is. 28-60mm is a short reach, but it is giving you that very essential range you need to cover most basic stuff.

The 24-105 is pretty big.

The Sony lens I would take but please not the A7c. I don't like zo shoot with Sony. My R6 feels way more comfy and pleasant to shoot with.

I tried the A6600. A brick with buttons.....  terrible placement of the wheels. Tried to love it, but no...

But as you said, it is potentialy what I am looking for.

Maybe Canon will come out with something similar and with a RP Mark II. Who knows.

I've got the EF 28mm f/2.8 IS USM for my R5 for street purposes. Yes, it requires the adapter, but for me it's better than either 24 or 35mm. If I add the M6II + 32mm f/1.4 stm it basically covers the same as the zoom you're looking for.

45 is more than enough, but 500.000 isn't
