Such interesting spiders! Evidently they are not shy?

Some years ago a Brown Widow spider, Latrodectus geometricus,  wove a nest in the hollow of one of my cacti here in So. California. At first whenever I approached to within several feet, she would scamper away. But as I stayed around the area for awhile, she became used to me and eventually after several days, I could get close enough to photograph her and her (eventual) eggs.

Very attractive poses here. Nice work.
