30mm Macro or 80mm Macro For Film Scanning Shots

At some point down the road, I'd like to set up a copy stand for shooting pics for copying film (negs/ slides). It will be 35mm, 120, and 4x5. Maybe a couple of 8x10 as well.

Im having trouble wondering if one lens will be better than the other for this. The 30mm may have to get too close to the neg to fill the frame. Im not sure if the 80mm would be too much reach, having to have the camera far away from the film to scan/ shoot it. I know both lenses do 1:1. I'd almost need more than 1:1 in some cases. My intention is to use the pixel shift option, to get the high rez files for this. My other option is to use my GFX camera as well, but the XH-2 will get me closer to the film filling the frame easier. And it may be a bit sharper too.
