As mentioned before, never dry wipe on any photo sensor.   I've cleaned all my sensors on my Fujifilm and Sigma APSC cameras.  You'll want a 1.5x size sensor swab and put only 1-2 drops max of sensor cleaner only.  Don't use any optical cleaner as they can cause streaks and should only be used on glass.  With those streaks, brush in one direction until most or all of the oil streaks are gone and discard that swap.  On the second 1.5x sensor swab, add 1-2 drops max and start to brush in the opposite direction and then back.  Lastly, use a hand air blower to blow out any dust or participles.  You should be golden after all this.
