Enjoy your new camera!

I remembered this thread, and had bookmarked it 'just in case!' 😉 There's lots of good stuff in there.

The customizability is just light years beyond

it is really good stuff

that of the M5 despite it being just one release cycle later, so I'm taking that slow as I get used to the camera. The noise at higher ISO's is SO much cleaner to my eyes than my M5, I did not expect such an improvement.

it is crazy good when you apply dxo PL deep prime

I'm mostly getting used to when to use tracking versus spot AF and when to use mechanical versus electronic shutter.

in direct sun with your 32 f1.4 @ f1.4, use the e-shutter to get 1/16,000 ss

for your 11-22, I suggest e-shutter to prevent shutter shock

there is no shutter shock with 11-22 and my M6ii

I hadn't expected to really care about the electronic shutter, but it's really a very nice feature!

exactamundo

It's a joy to use. Lots of learning happening here! 😎

enjoy!
