R6 Video Gig

A situation I never expected to be in, so I could use some help.

I use my R6 (or any camera) strictly for stills, I have never done video, never wanted to. However, my brother works for a small private elementary school and they are looking to hire a videographer to record their winter choir show. Given the size of their school, they dont want to spend alot of money, and my brother knows I have a nice camera.

Im looking for pointers for video with my R6. I have a tripod that will get the job done, and my 24-240 or 35mm lenses, I will ask about the venue soon to get an idea of what I might need. I also might be able to borrow a rhode external mic from my sister-in-law.

They are not interested in ultra high resolution video, he said 1080p would be fine, so I was thinking 1080p60, but I dont know anything else about video.

Lastly, what would you recommend charging for this? Let it be known that if I do say yes it will be at a steep discount, like gas money and some pocket cash, I have no intention of charging actual money for this. But I would like to know what an average going rate for an hour or two recording plus editing into a single clip would run, so I can discount appropriately.

Thanks.
