Re: Is the fujifilm iOS app really that terrible

Fuji’s app leaves a lot to be desired. I am finding myself using JPEGs SOOC with maybe some edits in Snapseed or Affinity Photo 2 which seems to be the best photo editing app on IOS to date but that’s another thread. I used have zero issues with the app.  Since I have added multiple cameras and IOS devices it’s has been more problematic. Even now I am still able to connect the first go at it more than 80% of the time.  My biggest issue is it seems that it will hang after selecting  “too”many photos.

I keep reading there is an update in the pipeline.  I hope there is.  Please let it be able to handle landscape orientation and not just portrait which is infuriating. That said while they desperately need to upgrade the app, there are many ways to get your photos off your SD card that are much quicker and efficient than the app. It certainly wouldn’t be a deciding factor, at least to me, on choosing a camera ecosystem.
