Well, I have spoken with the technical service and they have told me that the fixed price they charge me for supposedly cleaning it is: 189.99e and they assure me a 6-month guarantee, but if it has signs of water, falls, manipulation, etc., it is canceled that price and a budget would be made according to the damage, even if that is not the problem (I mean, maybe I changed parts that were scratched, pitted,... I don't know...).

That's actually a pretty fair price.

And, if their policy is the same as here, you are under no obligation to accept a much higher price for other repairs, all you have to do is pay the diagnostic fee plus the return shipping to your home.

Logically it has signs of use and I don't know if the previous owner would drop it or something, even if it is not noticeable and to what extent its tolerance level would make the repair backwards and more without being under warranty (I have seen many cases with motives of blaming the user's affection due to misuse or general wear and tear when it is not)

I have seen this as well but mostly from the infamous Panasonic US repair center or the Sony one. Never from Canon, at least in my (large) photo community.

And with regards to your other recent post, it gave me a AHA! reaction... There should be zero problem with turning any of the lens barrel elements. The fact that you clearly experience some type of resistance tells me that the lens WAS, in fact, affected by some type of hit or fall.

For the record, I've used my G1X3 while hiking in anything from sand-blown desert areas to extreme colds at high altitude to super-high, constant humidity and never had the slightest WR issue. Now, I wouldn't "just hose it down at the end of the shoot" like some of my friends do with their Oly or Fuji gear, but I'm pretty confident that the WR qualities of the G1X3 are unequaled  in the compact, extending-zoom category

and also I do not know after the repair how safe the sealing of the camera and lens would be after opening and disassembling it. It also says that if they see it more feasible to change it for a used repaired one, they are within their right to do so and I don't know the quality of the one that comes if it will be as sharp as this one...

Fair point, but just know that my 2nd G1X3, which came in as a "refurb" from Canon USA (first one was stolen) appeared to be entirely new. I inspected and tested the crap it out of it and it was just as sharp and perfect as my first one.

so I think I'm going to wait until it falls into the sensor

Given the design of the lens that would be nearly impossible. One thing I suggest you do, which was my solution with other (low-end) cams I had the same dust/junk ingress problem with, is this:

1)using a powerful flashlight, make a mental note of precisely where the foreign object is, OR take a picture of it with another cam.

2) place the cam in "standard" shooting position (horizontal) on the edge of a a table

3) using a SOFT implement such as a rubber or silicon kitchen ladle, a small rubber hammer, a 12-20 inch long, thin piece of softwood such as pine or willow, start gently tapping on the lens, just BELOW the spot where the object has wedged itself. This should move it fairly quickly to the very bottom edge of the lens element, where it won't become an issue anymore. If that doesn't immediately work, try tapping different parts of the extended lens with increased force, but within reason of course.

and see the problem in the photograph since now I don't notice anything except seeing it myself when I clean the lens or cover it. Thank you very much anyway and keep enjoying them, it's a great camera!!

It sure is! (feel free to check my posts on this forum.) There's also no doubt on my mind that it's the only, and probably the last ever, true PREMIUM or high-end compact cam on the market.
