What old good Fuji do you recommend to test the brand and its simulations in street photography?

An X-T2 or possibly an X-T20.  The Acros black and white simulation is a lot of fun and you don't get it until that generation.

I have an X-T2 and it is a superb camera in every way. It may be an "old Fuji" but I have no plans to update. But it may be too big for street. I prefer a center viewfinder, so I like the smaller X-Txx body for that. I still have my original X-T10, but I will probably upgrade to an X-T20 eventually. My favorite lens for walking around with that camera is the 27mm f/2.8 WR.
