came across this:

which seems about selfies whereas I want camera at eye,

can anyone suggest similar or solution other than
cheating on Propranolol dosage...?
I am already having to take 3-5 exposures of static
scenes for a 90% chance of (1) sharp image...
Thanks in advance.

Here is what I do instead of trying to fight hand shake/camera movement:

I am old (mid 80s) and have the RX10M4. I shoot similarly to you. My suggestions:
Shoot raw and get the latest noise reduction software (AI based). I use PhotoLab 5.
Once you can quit worrying about high ISO noise, you can use short/quick shutter speeds. I shoot at F4 with variable ISO. I use the 3 RX10M4 memories thus:
(1) Extremely poor light (practically dark) ISO 1600-12800 min SS=1/30
(2) Daylight (most shots) ISO 100-3200 min SS=1/125
(3) Long telephoto daylight (birds, etc, sports) ISO 100-6400 min SS=1/1000

Here is a near-dark shot from RX10M4 at 1/250 F 4.0 ISO 12800 FL 600
Feel free to check ISO 12800 noise using "original size at 100%"
