Can I use a USB-C Laptop charger to power the R5?

Not wanting to steal this thread:

I'm curious; can I use my Asus USB-C laptop charger as "power bank" to run my R5 through it's USB-C port?
As mentioned in the linked thread, one can connect a "normal" power bank or the PC to charge the battery inside the camera while off (tested and confirmed). It was linked to a YT vid about an Anker PD power bank that worked, and I've just watched a vid about the Anker 737 that can charge both a laptop and a cellphone (even while charged itself). Though, there was indicated that the 737 can only do abt 300 cycles. I'm not paying $150,- for a power bank that'll last maybe 2-3 years tops.

So, question is, if I want to do a, say 2 hrs exposure (astro photography on low ISO), can I use my laptop power supply?

I'm aware that I need to have my battery inside the camera (tested by removing it while connected to my PD USB-C port in my laptop and the camera shut down, so battery needed inside).
