Lets start with the usual, it's dust! Do a wet cleaning of your sensor, it's easy.

I've done over 12 cleanings and 10 of them were wet. I've tested this with multiple lenses so it's not dust on the back of the lens.
There are some very obvious dust or oil spots that you have failed to clean off. The two small round spots may be dead pixels or something under under the AA filter. Have you tried to map out dead pixels? It's a menu option.
Morris
I have tried mapping out dead pixels a few times and it didnt work. No matter how well you clean your sensor, it will never be completely spotless. Those two "dots" take up quite a few pixels each.
When I clean a sensor it's spotless, every time. Usually the first pass dose it yet I've had to make more when I ran into a waxy spot that required a different cleaning fluid.
