I'm very happy with MPV player - it even plays my CLOG3 Canon H265 10 bit IPB

My Sony Slog3 10 Bit I convert to PRORES for Davinci but I can preview using MPV player.

it also works with GPU cards on my WIndows 10

You can add your own config file to MPV player

this goes in the mpv.conf file

My settings

# High quality video rendering for fast computer.
hwdec=cuda
fs=no
autofit-larger=50%x50%
ontop=yes
Alt+- add video-zoom -0.25
Alt+= add video-zoom 0.25
vd-lavc-threads=128
vd-lavc-dr=yes
audio=yes
untimed=yes
cache=no
#video-sync=display-desync
vulkan-swap-mode=immediate
opengl-swapinterval=0
opengl-pbo
# osd-msg1="FPS: ${estimated-display-fps} Size: ${file-size}"
# autofit=100%

thanks, ive not heard of that before but just checked the website and it looks great as well. Seems like I have alot more options than i thought
