They will actually. Now they'll also keep the high res EVF away, high res LCD away, eye-controlled AF away and 6K away, and throw a crop on the 4K. There may also be restrictions on continuous silent shooting, and buffer sizes if I had to bet.

The question marks are what if any conditions there will be on e-shutter on the R6 II, and will it have the same AA filter?

Note, the 1DX Mark III, although it shares the same sensor as the EOS R6, the AA filter is clearly different. We may see an AA filter difference between the R3 and R6 Mark II.
