Hmm, how many exactly? Could you post a link to a couple of such threads?

and how many are now promoting cropping. Seem to be opposite philosophies to me. The purists most likely see the former as a sign of not being able to post process adequately and the latter as not being able to compose on the fly. Personally I think pick how you like to work and what produces the most fun and best images for you with whatever skill set and equipment you have.

Just show me the picture.
