LED lighting for product studio

We are moving our work studio (part of a whole-office move) and we'll have to change our lighting grid as we're losing overall working height.

Our normal setup is 4 strobes (400WS) with large front softboxes (3'x5' approx) and 2 rear stripboxes for background paper fill. (If I was doing that setup again I'd go with more power for the main strobes.)

90% of the shooting we do in this space is tabletop and items sized between a 3"x3" and 3'x3'. New shooting bay is approximately 15' x 15' and we'll initially just have a paper backdrop.

I'm considering moving to all LED panels to replace our strobes and softboxes. Has anyone made this kind of move and can provide insight?

Alternatively, I'll change to more strobes and smaller/lower profile softboxes to build a larger grid without losing so much space in general.
