I'm having some success with the OM-1 and Great White at video.  In the video below, I used the h.265 codec in 1080p, 200 fps, log400, manual everything, on a monopod.  No cropping or correction in post other than applying the OMDS LUT.  I don't have an ND for the large lens, so f/11-f/16, 1/500 shutter, iso 400.  This is at 15% speed (200 fps on a 30 fps time line).  Manual focus is the greatest challenge at this focal length.

I never expected to be using the close focus capabilities of the long lens this much, but this is a blast, and I am keeping the grand kids interested in the bugs.   There are several other recent insect videos on the channel in the link above.
