Battery charger with health display

https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07K1VJD85/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

So I purchased one of these quite simply because it will work with both W and Z batteries. It has a pretty cool looking health display. I'm not electric knowledgeable enough to know what level of salt I should be taking with what is displayed? I'm thinking I'm at a point I should be at least monitoring them more and weeding out lower performers as they age. Any suggestions here? I'm curious as to what point should a battery be retired? I guessing that would be based on charge capacity? Is some sort of multi meter the only alternative here? I'm sure I could learn how to use one on youtube. I was just curious what others were doing.
