Is it just me, but only camera lens package I find is with the 16-80?
Wut? Pro camera and that lens? I find it really odd. Packages with 16-55 or maybe even the new 56 would make sense?
Also, you get rebates when handing in your xt2, xt3 and xt4, but NOT the xh1?
Is that not really weird? I feel somewhat short-changed here.
Sell your camera. Buy the body without a lens. It really is that simple. I can’t imagine why you’d feel shortchanged. Fuji did nothing wrong. They are selling it with a kit lens. Premium lenses are not give away at a loss products. Are you new to buying cameras?
Why finish with a nasty twist? No need for that.
Asking that question is “nasty”? Come on. It just did not sound like you had experience if you expected premium lenses to be included at a steep discount.
Offering a package with a lens, that even fuji themselves state does NOT get all the performance from the new 40 mpix sensor, is then a good strategy in your book.
That could be true, but kit lenses in general do not maximize the potencial of cameras. Think about that.
Upgrading from the xt bodies and not the xh, is weird, unlogical, makes no sense.
Maybe, but it took a lot of work and discounts for Fuji to get rid of the X-H1. They do not want them back.
Of course I can sell the body, trade the body, give a way the body or even throw away the body, nowhere does it state One can not
You would get more money selling no? That is point, why stress rebates from a trade?
Your reading of the post leaves a lot to be desired.
Your post, equally. None of us can fix the problem for you. So basically, it was a place to complain for you.
You are misreading it again. It is a question of the logic behind it, wanting to understand. I am not even buying it at all. All others that have replied have understood the gist of the post, you did not, think about it.
Nope, read it again,‘it’s still a complaint about wanting a high end lens at a bargain price.
You are the only one misreading it and you still persist, you even tell me, what I meant with my post. Read up on Dunning-Kruger, it might help.
I'm afraid I have to say you rather seem to misunderstand the Dunning=Kruger effect, so we have a sort of D-K squared
You are now the first user on my ignore list here on dpreview.
