Re: Canon M6, M50,Sony?

A couple of years ago I too had the opportunity to "start from scratch" and I chose the M50 over the M6ii because it DID have an EVF - I am not keen on cameras that don't give me the option of using an EVF for many reasons such as super-bright days, more accurate control on my focusing etc. I have since upgraded to the M50ii which offers better and faster focusing. I used to be a professional wedding photographer so I think I know a little about photography, but at 63, I have hung my full-frame cameras and use the EF-M system for my photographic needs (which occasionally still includes paid work) and love it.

I am one of the many disgruntled Canon customers that are quite upset by the lack of interest from Canon to continue developing the EF-M system but try as I might, I cannot find anything to lure me away from this amazing system to something else. Sony make good cameras but have terrible UI (user interfaces) and Fuji have a very rich line-up of APS-C cameras and lenses but lack behind on focus performance and just like Sony, have a lousy UI, so I am stuck with Canon.

Hope this helps if you have not already made up your mind.

Good luck

Alexis
