Camera settings and lens choice for light show.

I'm going in December to the local zoo for a light spectacle. I have a XT-3 and will be shooting (RAW) handheld or maybe a monopod? So i can't rely on IBIS in the camera.

I don't know how bussy it will be or how much space there is for wide angle or zoom lenses. And i want to travel light so 1 lens if possible.

The lens choice are : XF 16-55 f2.8 , XF 50-140 f2.8 or the Viltrox 13mm f1.4.

I think the 16-55 is the safe choice but the Viltrox is f1.4.

Can someone give some base settings for WB, ISO and SS so i have a good starting point.
