Rolling/electronic shutter vs mechanical shutter?

Thank you everybody for answers.
I've tried to google the actual mechanical shutter speed or should we call it "shutter travel time". Not finding the exact time, the interwebs unofficially says that the R5 has a "mechanical shutter travel time" of abt 1/1000th of a second.

I had to check through my photo archive and found the mentioned aeroplane propeller "frozen" during flight, and, in addition to the motion blur, there is indeed some "rolling shutter" in the picture. Taken with my (now sold) Canon EOS 20D @F70 f/2,8 and 1/2000
