Camera maintenance for fungus prevention after nighttime shooting

Thank you everyone for the wonderful tips.

I did not mention in my earlier posts that I don't get to shoot often and thus, I end up storing the camera for longer intervals of time.

The place I live doesn't have high humidity (Bangalore, India, avg RH~68%).

I used to store my camera+lens with the lens cap and UV filter along with a few silica gel sachets in a bag in a cupboard. I am now storing it in exactly the same way but without the lens cap.

I plan to make a simple DIY dry box as a user has suggested.

I'll invest in a dehumidifier/dry cabinet later.

I am aware that condensation happens in many different ways. I've given the example of night photography as that is the major factor for my style of shooting.
