1.3 is not an ISO size and therefore rare. But the screw indeed measures exactly 1.3mm diameter over the threads. And you can certainly buy 1.3x0.3 taps, Aliexpress has the tap, but the matching die is out of stock.

The next up ISO size is 1.4x0.3. Same pitch. One could probably force a 1.4 screw into the 1.3 hole since the pitch is the same, maybe with a drop of oil and gently going back/forth several times. Maybe worth a try.

The next ISO size down is 1.2x0.2, different pitch so that could definitely cross thread and seize and break off.

Crazy Panasonic, they could easily have used a standard ISO 1.4 screw, there is plenty of room in the part even for a very common M2 screw.

Thanks for the pitch info on M1.4 and M1.2... M1.4 is for sure an option to consider if everything else fails... even if still miss the spring lock is better than any other options so far.

I could find this night some screw kits for several camera models body repairs, does anyone knows if same exist for lens repairs and where to find those ?
