Is this a decent build?

Hello. I've decided it's time to build a new machine, but I'm a bit out of touch with the latest technology, so I was hoping to get some feedback about the component list I've come up with - does it make sense, is it well-balanced, no obvious incongruities...?

I want a reasonably future-proof workstation, that can easily handle multiple windows, streams, downloads, and tasks, photo editing, occasional simple video editing, office apps, etc. No gaming or heavy 3D modelling. I currently run two monitors (3840x2160 and 1200x1920), and could go to 3 at some stage. This list is within my budget and is available from a single preferred supplier:

  1. Windows 11 Pro
  2. Gigabyte M.2 AORUS Gen4 2TB SSD. To get the best out of this I want a PCIe 4.0 motherboard, so...
  3. Gigabyte B550M AORUS ELITE motherboard
  4. Crucial 16GB DDR4 UDIMM 3200MHz memory
  5. AMD Ryzen 7 5700X CPU
  6. Noctua NH-U14S CPU cooler
  7. MSI nVidia Geforce GTX 1660 SUPER VENTUS video card
  8. Antec EA PRO 650w power supply
  9. Antec NX200M m-ATX case

My current 2TB SATA SSD will become my internal backup drive. I'm not attached to AMD, I just started with a more basic spec that used them, and worked my way up to this.

What do you think?
