TBH for the above result (I examined it at 300%~400% on FastStone) I wouldn't worry on moiré but appreciate for the sharper output because having AA filter removed.

I suspect the algorithm of the camera could determine the result.

The JPG compression (squeezing raw into 8 bit) can cause banding, and less frequently also moire. Different cameras may use different jpg compression parameters. If moire happens due to jpg conversion, it can be eliminated by softening the affected area in the raw file before the JPG conversion.
