Yes definitely 2023 at the earliest with incremental update...maybe even 2024 with a bigger update (IBIS?). I wouldn't wait that long, just get the X100V now and enjoy it!

I need IBIS

IMO next X-Pro 4 may come with IBIS but X100VI hasn't due to product segmentation.

or D-pad,

IMO D-pad never come to next X100 series due to Fuji want flat body as 'poor man Leica' (X-E4 design philosophy).

just please don't remove any more buttons from the next model.

IMO both next X-Pro and X100 will follow X-H2's unclickable command-dials.

I think after Ricoh released the GRIIIx with a 40 mm equivalent lense and both Ricohs have IBIS and are >500,- less than the Fuji with incredible good lenses, it might be a challenge for Fuji to add IBIS to the X100 line. This is not meant to criticize the relatively high price of the Fuji, it has features that justify the price, but out of the perspective of potential buyers, it might push Fuji to compete with Ricoh - although both cameras have quite different philosophies, a lot of people are interested in both.

Or it is just me, 'cause I can't decide if the Fuji or the Ricoh is my fav.
