The availability of bright light is going to reduce the noise too. This is what you'll commonly have when using high shutter speeds. I noticed that a long time ago, when I was using my Olympus E-510. Sometimes I'll get excellent ISO12800 photos from my Canon T7i (800D) camera in bright light when I want to use fast shutter speeds.

Why would you take something like that at 1/8000 of a second? What's the purpose for a landscaping type of scene like that? Usually I use higher shutter speeds at people events, where's a lot of action. Sometimes I have to do that for some of my wildlife photos too.
