Hi, as you can see from my gear list, I own the Sony a7c and the Tamron 28-200. In short, it is a combo that provides outstanding image qualtiy, for a zoom anyway. I take it when I need (or expect to need) the full range between WA and tele. The zoom is large, but not too large. Still, it is a kit that I don't enjoy carrying as much for its size and weight.

The a7c with the 28-60 kit zoom is even better, but obviously limited in focal lenght (which can be extended to 90mm by using crop-mode with good results). That kit is more to my liking.

In Fujiland, there is the 1545 - but I wasn't too happy with the IQ of my copies.

Despite the obvious advantages of the a7c in terms of AF (compared to my X-T3 or X-E3) and zoom lens selection, I do like shooting my Fuji cameras more. The small f2 lenses and an X-E3 are hard to beat when it comes to size and weight. I can put the 14f2.8 in one pocket, the 50f2 in the other, and use the 23f2 on the camera most of the time. If I expect to need atele, I use a small bag and pack the 55-200.

Especially with my family, but also at social events and for street photography, the small fuji footprint beats the a7c with the 28-200 by making you less obstrusive and visible.
