Thank you both, as far as the R7 goes I would definitely say it is what the 90D should have been. As you know I loved my 90D and have thousands upon thousands of shots with it. But as you also know with it you had to hold your breath and hope you got as many keepers as you thought you did. With the R7 I am having a harder time deciding what not to keep very very few outright misses, then you have some where more then likely its me moving as I depress the shutter having a slight out of focus look but usable if not over picky . Again I love the EVF showing me what the exposure looks like before clicking. On the hummers I did have some rolling shutter now and then but so many keepers I really didnt mind, I do try to limit how many shots at a time but in electronic shutter mode (H) even 15 fps will snap of 35 -40 shots before I can let go,

For the price I think so far it is an excellent birding rig.
