Looking to up my portraiture photography game, switching to FF or X-H2/X-T4

So right now I only have a X-T3 and a 35mm XC f2 after switching to Fuji last year. Now I want to start to get more seriously into portrait photography, mainly in natural light but I will setup a small home studio as well.

As many portait photographers I have a major soft spot for bokeh and therefore the switch to something like a Z6ii or A7iv seems natural. However would not being able to shoot at 1.4 or 1.8 on FF be so bad? I will sell my X-T3 and with the credit am looking to spend around €4000.

Would the following setup be viable for serious portait work:

X-T4

Sigma 56 1.4

Fuji 35 f2

Fuji 50-140 f2

That would mean that I have a 52mm FF equivalent for normal shots, a 85mm for headshots and the zoom to get striking images from further out when shooting outside.

Or would a XH2 be beneficial? I don't see what it offers over the X-T4 outside of the better grip. Though the speed of the sensor would help me photographing my kids. In that case I could get the 16-55 f2.8 alongside the XH2.
