The really scary one is my TDCI (Time Domain Continuous Imaging) work, which literally took about a decade of work before the Tik prototype implementation was made available and true TDCI is probably still years away from being a full implementation (perhaps building upon the new QIS chips).

This one is really cool, maybe a bit closer to how we sense things continuously. Does it have any overlap with these methods to take pictures in the wild (different lenses, FL, lighting conditions, angles, POV) of a scene and building a 3D model? It almost seems unrelated ideas (one uses the time domain to come up with a static guessed scene, yours takes a continuous stream of data to take different perspectives over time (or aggregate them), but it seems to me a TDCI camera may very sparsely bring a lot of information to guess a scene with a lot less information and a lot more coverage. The TDCI reminded (as analogy) as the GIFs some of which where rpogressive (revealed top to bottom) and some where revealed by starting with very low resolution, then adding more and more detail.
