Very similar reactions to the others who've posted...

#1 - Out of focus and just a snapshot

#2 - This is by far the most interesting one to me. It's really neat the way the mural on the wall plays tricks with your brain. Not sure if I like the shadow or not, but the sign would benefit from somehow being visually separated from the background just a bit. Maybe mask off the sign and play with slight amounts of sharpening, color, brightness, local contrast, etc. It might take several combined, but make it subtle, just enough to 'raise' off the background. If that's possible - Not sure.

#3 - This one has potential. I like the basic elements, but if possible (and it may not have been possible) it would've been nice to find a cleaner view without the stains, wires, etc. I think the relatively stark nature of the elements require by nature a clean presentation. To my eye there's no need for a symmetrical layout, but it still needs to be balanced. But it definitely has potential - Maybe something to revisit?

#4 - There's no clear subject here. Too many elements are competing for attention: sky, blurry foreground, two signs, etc. If the monument is the subject, get closer to it. Also, position your camera so it rises above the "horizon" of background buildings. That will make is stand out better.
