Do you have any idea how long would the whole image take?

I am actually going to measure that on the R5 and R7 soon, because I now have a laptop that has 360Hz refresh, with which I can make strobing light of known timing.

The figure that is bandied about is 1/60s or 16ms for the R5 in FF mode, and 1/100 or 10ms in crop mode.  Of course, if you use a smaller sensor area to reduce rolling shutter distortion, you get all the compromises of a smaller sensor with less pixels.
