Diagonal tilt - Ts-e lenses. Issue with panorama shift?

Clarifying the issue

Just trying to clarify the issue. The thread is already a bit complicated.

In principle there are 4 different options of angles in diagonal tilted focus planes in a single photo shot with the Ts-e lenses.

But only 2 of the 4 options of diagonal tilt can be made in each of the stitched panorama/vertorama formats. As an example here the full horizontal stitched panorama format, with the 2 not-optional diagonal angles marked:

In a traditional view camera the diagonal tilt is made by a combination of swing and tilt. And all 4 diagonal tilt directions can be combined with shift or raise for stitching panorama or vertorama.

Am I wrong in this?
