The Sigma Art lenses are great, you won't go wrong here.

Another one to consider, is the RF 100/2.8 L macro. Amazing sharpness and bokeh, and an amazing macro lens.

This is straight out of the camera at f1.2 for a three quarters body shot with the 85mm 1.2 DS. The background isn't idea as it was a test shot.  You can zoom in to see the fall off of his nose and ears.  Yes if a tight headshot it would be very different:
