Are used PB-4 (presumably the only kind) likely to be in good shape? -- bellows condition?

I've run into many specimens with excellent bellows. Occasionally with a pinhole here or there, but that's common with anything that has a cloth bellows.

mechanically?

It's a pretty rugged little beast.

What weak points, if any, should one be on the lookout for?

The two biggest problems I've seen are corrosion on the rails and a stiff rear standard rotation mechanism (you can mount the camera horizontal, then rotate it to vertical on the bellows).

Thanks.

You're welcome.

The term "mirrorless" is totally obsolete. It's time we call out EVIL for what it is. (Or, if you can't handle "Electronic Viewfinder Interchangeable Lens" then Frenchify it and call it "LIVE" for "Lens Interchangeable, Viewfinder Electronic" or "Viseur électronique").
