Re: Canon 200D

I shoot almost exclusively in manual mode (I learnt photography on old manual cameras) and would like to make more use of my 200D but I always get frustrated by having to go into the settings on the screen menu to change the aperture rather than having a button or knob to adjust it quickly.
In manual mode the top dial adjusts the shutter speed and the ISO button allows quick changes to the ISO but I’ve yet to find a way of customising any button for aperture changes.
Am I missing something obvious or is it just not possible with this camera.
Obviously, I could use aperture priority and then the top dial will adjust the aperture but then I’d have to go to the screen menu to change the shutter speed so I’m no further forward.
Has anyone got any thoughts on this?
Cheers
Del,
What about shooting in Program mode, with or without Auto ISO?
