Backup Z6 vs. Fujifilm street kit

Hi all, I've got a predicament. I am moving to a large city here soon, and I'm trying to figure out what the best option would be for having a street-shooting kit. On one hand, I could buy a backup Z6 to complement my current one and help expand my current Nikon setup. I would feel more comfortable having a camera that can be taken out without too much worry. I have some excellent Z lenses (including the 35mm 1.8) that could make for a great street kit. It would be nice to stay in the Z ecosystem and keep the full frame image quality. I could use a second Z6 in other situations where having two bodies would be advantageous as well. I do worry, however, that this would be a bit on the large side for a street setup, and may not be something that I would want to take with me wherever. That could be a pretty small worry though, as I love everything about my current Z6 and would be making very few sacrifices in having a backup. On the other hand, it could be nice to have a really small, portable Fujifilm kit for street shooting. I was thinking an X100 (most likely the F) or an X-T2 with a 23mm. I would love to have a setup like this that's inconspicuous and purely-street focused. The X100F would be great but not having weather sealing is not ideal. I shot on an X-T2 for two years so I am very familiar with how it shoots. My largest hesitation is spending money on a setup that doesn't add to my Nikon one. What are your thoughts? I know these are two completely different directions to move in but I think they each have their merits and negatives and I'd be curious to hear some insight.
