Which Sony mirrorless FF bodys deserve a place in the photo history books?

E-mount FF will celebrate its 10 years anniversary next year.
Sofar we have gotten 17 different Sony mirrorless FF models.

Which one(s) do you think deserve a place in the photo history books and why?

All models can be found listed here: https://www.dpreview.com/forums/post/65760019
