Snowy Egrets Playing in Cape May
5

First time doing any meaningful BIF in five years. These days, I'm using an X-T3 and the new XF 150-600 and relied heavily on Morris's recommended Fuji AF settings. Also got some tips from Morris to help clear off the rust after such a long layoff.

The shots below are from the Bird Preserve in Cape May NJ. I posted the first in the Fuji Forum and am adding a few others from the same morning. I had never seen so many snowy egrets in one place (must have been 15-20 at one point). Most were minding their own business, but a few of them were either being quite territorial or trying to impress another egret (or both!).

Would love to hear any feedback.

Thanks,

Steve
