2 different blues - how to correct one to the other

hi all,

often I need to adjust the B3 textile to the B1 colour. Tyically B1 and B3 are in individual images, but I have shown them together in this image.

I use Lightroom Classic to edit and I normally just  twiddle the colour temp/exposure and maybe some HSL sliders until B3 looks like B1.

is there a better, structured process to do this? i.e. look at the RGB values of B1 and somehow adjust B3 to get it close?
