Sony A1 mechanical shutter failure - delayed?

This is a continuation from -

The first topic was a little bit messy and unspecified. Now I have got all the facts.

My 6 months old Sony A1 with around 35k shutter count overexposes all the photos. Most likely because the shutter movement is different from the desired value.

I have conducted 2 tests in different environments. The results are the same.

When set for instace to f1.4 1/8000 and ISO 100. The photo taken with mechanical shutter will be overexposed by about 2 stops, whereas photo taken with an electronic shutter will be correctly exposed. At lower shutter speeds the difference is less visible. At 1/250 the difference is barely visible. Clearly there is an issue with the shutter mechanism.

Below are sample RAWS -

Sets of 2 photos taken with the same settings - one with mechanical other with electronic shutter.

The issue is not with the exposure auto mode, nor with exposure compensation, nor with the metering. It is the shutter. Tested on different lenses and at different shutter speed/apertures.

I tried to use the dust blower at the shutter but with no effect. Any clue what I can do about it? Did anyone have similar issue? I am from europe and the camera was bought in china, I do not suppose EU workshop will cover it? I would most likely have to send the camera to china, right?
