A 2 min video using a zoom lens at both close and long dist slo-mo

I'm getting much better at finding damselflies in the wet brush of the local pond.  They are usually very close to the min focal distance of my 150-400 Olympus Pro zoom.  But they don't move much, so don't make for a very exciting video.  Today, Elliot, my local white egret, showed up to watch from his tree perch maybe 200 feet out.  Reframe and focus and wait for some movement.  Finally got some, so I made the following video, all shot at 240 fps and placed on a 30 fps timeline, so 1/8 speed.

I didn't intend to be changing subjects today, but it was nice to get in some practice doing so.  OM-1 on a monopod, all manual, 1080p.  Shooter on a stool next to pond.
