Does your 200-600 produce double image Bokeh?

Looking at shots Ive taken recently with my Sony 200-600, Ive noticed that the foreground and background often has objects appearing duplicated - this stands out particularly with reeds or other vegetation.

I haven't noticed this with other's shots - and wonder if its just an alignment issue with my lens or do others with this lens also see this.

Here you can see it in the dried flower stem to the left as well as the background vegetation.
